Très agréable, repas très bien, calme partie hôtel, 3 piscines agréables en octobre. Parking dans la rue en octobre sans problème, beaux jardins, et à 2mn à pied front de mer. Repas agréables en terrasse couverte. Bon rapport qualité prix Personnel très agréable.

Tout d’abord il convient de dire que la semaine d’avant nous avons séjourné dans un autre hôtel de même standard légèrement moins cher et aux mêmes conditions Commençons par les plus de l’hôtel : Appartement spacieux Piscine agréable Personnel accueillant Emplacement bien situé Ensuite c est moins bien La nourriture n’est vraiment pas terrible et sans saveur nous n’avons pris aucun plaisir à aller dîner . Cependant le prix de l’option demi pension défiez toute concurrence (30€ de supplément pour la semaine) Au niveau des animations c est catastrophique La musique est mise très forte dès le repas du soir alors que personne ne danse et elle ne s àrrete qu’à minuit donc impossible de dormir avant car les appartements sont mal insonorisés . J’ai pourtant remonté l’info sur place mais sans réel changement … Bref il y a mieux à moins cher dans cette gamme d’hôtel

Le seul reproche est la chambre qui est petite pour une famille. Sinon c'est propre, il y a des animations, la piscine est top ! L'hôtel en posséde 3 ce qui permet de ne pas avoir trop de monde. Le buffet est top ! Un trés grand choix je recommande de prendre la demi pension qui est vraiment pratique. Personnel trés gentil, un séjour agréable !

Stayed for one night whilst on a layover in Majorca (and wanting to visit Cabrera Islands). The hotel consists of two parts, the aparthotel, which also includes the reception, restaurant and main bar, and the hotel which is in a separate building across the road. I had booked half board and arrived just in time, as the restaurant closed early for Spain, indeed they had already cleared the deserts before I had a chance to try any, but otherwise the food was very good, as was breakfast, with a good selection of options. Drinks were not included, which does mean a better selection and quality then you would find at most all-inclusive hotels, drinks prices seemed reasonable (at least compared to UK Prices). The room was a reasonable size, clean and modern, good bed, good warm shower, good Wi-Fi. The hotel is well located in Colonia Sant Jordi, close to the centre, eastern beaches, and ferry to Cabrera. The price was good value, and the hotel nice and quiet (although it was an autumn stay, well away from the summer holidays). Nothing to do with the hotel, but its worth noting the taxi to and from the airport was expensive, much cheaper to hire a car for a short visit.

good pools but small size rooms compared to the price. there’s a leaky shower and fridge is not correct temperature. hotel cleaners often forget to replace towels. VERY overpriced drinks (€3 for a 500ml bottle of water!). most staff are friendly but some are rude and unwelcoming particularly the restaurant manager.

Really enjoying our stay here. Staff is really pleasant, rooms are comfortable, and half board is amazing when you have two teenagers with different palates. The pools are great, especially the main one, and just overall it’s worth the money.

We stayed in the hotel part of the complex on half board...it was quiet, the beds were so comfortable and room was clean.. Absolutely nothing to fault The food was amazing...if you love good food..it's not a burger and chips hotel, it's good bread, plenty of choice of good quality wholesome food.. Will go back there for definite...

It’s not a 4star hotel. Max a 3 stars. The amenities need improvement. Gym is awful. One towel per guest is left in the bathroom and very small. Had to ask for a second at the reception. Same for the bath soaps. Also, bed and sofas are the terrible. If you are half board be aware that the drinks are not included in the evening. And I mean no even a jag of water is offered, in order to make you order and pay for it. Food is ok, but no so fresh! Good point: the pools are very nice. They need to review standards and not describe itself as 4star. I’m honestly disappointed. Not recommend it. Sorry!

Modern clean hotel. Food is disgusting !But the worst is :: the hotel is full of Germans !!! Shouting screaming laughing in German 24/24 h. It’s just horrible. You feel like in Bavaria or Schwabischgmünd Those irrespective fat creatures are shouting all the time … eating like they fill up the empty can …. They are really horrible….. even the staff talking in German…. There is NOTHING SPANISH !!!!!! Stay away from that place. Except if you are German
